Not working in vscode.dev

I press . on a PR to review in vscode.dev. The PR extension works for a minute or two, then the sidebar for the current PR disappears. I see [PullRequestTree] Removing PR #331796 from tree

I'm not sure if it's a duplicate of 8830. I have the same issue as OP on vscode.dev only (not on desktop).

Extension version 0.162.0 (Built-In in github.dev, so no way to update or switch to pre-release)
