Watch: Bolus not following carb entry

Describe the bug
The bolus entry stopped showing up on the watch following carb entry. Note - I recently switched from a Series 3 watchOS 7.x to a Series 7 watchOS 8.1 watch and I might be remembering the Series 3 or watchOS 7 behavior.

To Reproduce
I don't know why it stopped working

Expected behavior
If the Open bolus screen after carb entry is enabled, I expect the bolus screen to follow carb entry.

Note: this setting is found on FreeAPS->Settings->Microboluses->Open bolus screen after carbs on watch

Additional context
I rebuilt.
I uninstalled watch app and reinstalled.
I did a fresh clone and tried again.
I toggled the bolus screen after carb entry on watch off and back on again.
I cycled power on phone and watch.
It was while investigating this issue that I noticed Issue #14.

After updating to watchOS 8.1 with the same setup as above, I am no longer getting the bolus screen after adding carbs.

Same issue using Loop V2.2.6 with Apple Watch Series 3 running watchOS 8.3 and IPhone XR running iOS 15.2.
