Its necessary any other packages installed or plugin or admin permissions something to run this ? because always throw this error:

[nodemon] starting ./node_modules/.bin/ts-node ./index.ts
'.' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

It'd be helpful to know anything about the environment you're running on. What version of Node.js - what OS - etc. - and exactly what commands did you run. We're not aware of any special requirements to run this, but we have no way to try to reproduce the problem if we don't know what you're using.

-node v: v14.17.6
-SO: windows 10 enterprise (into virtual machine)
based on the readme file, the commands were:
(I modified before the key and the flag name)
npm install
npm start

Whoa, I see that the dependencies in that project are pretty out of date, which I think is what's causing the error. It looks like we missed updating this one when we updated all the other hello- projects. We'll update the code ASAP, but in the meantime, you should be able to get it to run by editing the devDependencies and dependencies sections of package.json to look like this:
