We need to describe services dependencies in OSS and EE deployments.
The minimum will be OSS with ssh-proxy, provisioner and identity (with file-based or admin only setup) without any requirements to use Postgresql and NATS.
in the EE deployment, there will be option to use all services with postgresql and NATS. There might be options not to use some services in the EE deployments, we need to understand which ones and if this will be supported.
