Support Samuria by Fee Fighters

There is a new payment gateway with node.js support. It would be great if PayNode could add support for it.

I need to take some time to experiment with Samurai before I would use it, but if it ends up being as good as it sounds, I would be happy to contribute a pull request. I'm mainly adding this issue as a reminder.

Any luck with this? I am using Samurai as one of a few payment methods in my app. I have it working, so integration with PayNode shouldn't be too difficult. If you've written any code it would be good to collaborate.

No progress on this end, other things have higher priority right now. But if you've added support, I'd like to take a look at it!
