+A public Roughtime server operated by [Alastyr Telekomünikasyon A.Ş.](https://www.alastyr.com/),
+an internet infrastructure and hosting provider in İzmir, Türkiye. It adds an independent
+time source to the ecosystem: time comes directly from GNSS, not from other NTP servers.

+The server is a dedicated physical machine (no virtualisation) in a data centre with N+1
+power. A dual-band (L1 + L5) Quectel LC29H receiver tracks GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou;
+its pulse per second is timestamped in hardware by an Intel i210 NIC and chrony disciplines
+the system clock to it (stratum 1, typically a few nanoseconds RMS). The clock is continuously
+compared with eleven independent stratum-1 servers (TÜBİTAK UME, PTB, Netnod, INRIM, CZ.NIC,
