Ubuntu 26 support

Ubuntu 26 LTS is out.

Todo:

• check for ubuntu 26 arm docker images
• check for ubuntu 26 bento boxes ( nothing past 25 at the time of writing )

prepared docker 26 https://hub.docker.com/layers/pentatonicfunk/vagrant-ubuntu-base-images/26.04/images/sha256-850b060d97328a2ae8131aafe2c84ea8c218555772265eb1430224182e18154b, vagrant stuff should already baked-in.
but i haven't test compatibility with vvv, will try to get time this weekend
