Split UI and CLI into their own workspaces

The long term goal is to split the UI and CLI into their own workspaces:

• webui
• cli

When done we can probably rename the repository ui (in preparation for the long term goal of having the online version).

CLI and webui has been moved to ./workspaces/cli

So now we need to move the UI into it's own workspace (which probably require some trade-off)
