[Feature]: Color-code Repeater status indicators (green for Online, red for issues, grey for Stale)

Description:
Can the Repeater two-byte prefix and Repeater Status be modified so that Repeater Online is in green, and repeater issues such as Repeater Offline or Ambiguous are in red? The Stale Repeater in grey makes sense so no suggestion for modification there. (I have a moment of panic every time I check my repeaters on MeshMapper and see the repeater two-byte prefix in red and the red info icon next to Repeater Online in the Details.)
