Icons not shown on context menus on macOS

Describe the bug
Operate icons are not shown on macOS:

Right click also shows no icon:

It works just fine in other systems (e.g., Windows).

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Start'
2. Connection icons are not shown

Expected behavior
Connection icons should be shown on macOS.

I found out a property that seems to control this behavior, it's called iconVisibleInMenu of QAction object, maybe on macOS it should be explicit set.

The test plan is listed here. Wait for the package to be built before testing.

Test step:

• When default style, the program follows the system theme.
• When the system theme changes, the program style changes with it.
• When the icon color is similar to the theme color (compared to the icon subject name), the user is prompted.
• OS: Windows, ubuntu, fedroa, macOS
