Add short description column to the preset file #345

It's almost impossible to know what the different settings does without having to google or search the sources.
I suggest to add a column in the Default.preset file that have a very short clear description of what it does or is intended to do.
It's essential to limit the length of this to maybe < 60-80 chars.
