Open command window here

Is it possible to add an open command window here to the context menu?

I'm on 20h1 and the old ways aren't working

BTW the SetWinXMenuCmd also didn't work.

Is CMD broken now?

Is there a good way to run CMD as admin? the only way i know is creating a shortcut that starts as admin but then i need to change the folder...
