MPI/OpenMP comparison on Big Sinusoidal

One of the April priorities.
Perform performance experiments on Big Sinusoidal, compariting MPI vs OpenMP implementation from Michael.
Include scaling on cores: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24.
Trials: 5

#4 is related, but needs to be sorted out by higher ups on where this goes.
This is blocking that.
