Query Monitor says that wp-content/plugins/weforms/assets/css/gutenblock-editor.css is missing.

I have 1.6.25. I don't see that version in https://github.com/BoldGrid/weforms/tags -- the latest in GitHub is 1.6.24. Maybe someone forgot to push that tag, or it got deleted.
I noticed that when testing W3TC for the patch release.
That file was added on Jan 11, 2019 (commit dbe5c78) and appears to have always been empty.
I suppose the file and its references can be removed.
